My name is Annie Dam, baker and artist behind Cake Couture.

After receiving a Science degree at the University of Alberta, I travelled to the south of France on a scholarship to teach English. After 3 years in France, my travels took me to Spain where I lived for 5 years.

During my years abroad I had the opportunity to develop my real passion: combining art with my love for baking. As I perfected my style and learned new techniques, popularity for my cakes grew, and so did the list of clients.
